Girl takes initial drink order, goes out to smoke for 25 - 30 min, then comes over and asks if we’re ready to order drinks. Everyone has bad nights but this place seems to routinely have really BAD service each time we go. Pizza is really good and they have a lot good beers on tap though!
Got pizza from here today during the Flea Market at Waterside. The girl working the counter took our order and then took nearly 15 minutes to fold our pizza boxes for pizza that was ALREADY made so it’s not like she was waiting for the pizza to be cooked. While she was slowly folding the boxes she didn’t say anything to the next customer. Awful customer service. The pizza tasted like it made yesterday. Awful representation of a local business. Cogan’s actually has great pizza, but don’t get it at waterside.
